By using our services you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payments

Payments can be made via the iDeal payment system when booking our services. For payments by credit card, pay via the invoice that is sent by e-mail and check “save card in file”. Cleaning services will not be carried out if payment has not been received by the time your cleaning begins.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged.

Skipped cleanings

Bi-weekly customers will be charged our monthly rate for 1 missed cleaning. For 2 or more consecutive missed cleanings, we will charge the one-time cleaning rate. Monthly customers will also be charged our one-time cleaning rate for 1 or more missed cleanings. This takes into account the extra time it takes to clean your home.

Lockout Policy

Please ensure that we have access to your home by providing a key, code or open door. If we arrive for a scheduled cleaning and are unable to enter your home, a lockout fee of €50.00 will be charged.

Tariff changes

This is an estimate. Clean It Now reserves the right to revise rates based on the time required to perform our services to our clients' standards. We monitor actual cleaning time after the second cleaning and occasionally thereafter. Clean It Now will contact you to discuss possible price or service changes if the cleaning time differs from the original estimate.

Other

Please note that we do not dust the front of flat screen TVs to prevent scratches.
If we detect a fragile object, we will avoid the area or object to prevent damage (e.g. porcelain, decorations on a shelf, etc.).

We only use microfiber cloths for flat surfaces of furniture with 6 or less items. Surfaces with more than 6 items may take longer to clean and it is difficult to estimate the additional time and cost when making the initial estimate.

Areas with lots of decorations or items, or walls full of frames, will not be moved or dusted, keeping us on schedule and saving you money.

For liability and performance reasons we only use our own cleaning products (except toilet brushes which must be supplied by customers) and equipment. We use standard equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products to ensure your property is cleaned to your satisfaction.

On cleaning day:

We ask customers to provide their own toilet brush for hygienic reasons. We provide all other supplies and equipment.

To enable us to properly clean your countertops, furniture and floors, we ask that you remove any excess items (e.g. clothing, toys, personal care items, etc.). This will ensure that we can thoroughly clean your home within the agreed time.

Bedrooms:

Our in/out/deep cleaning (extra costs):

  • Wipe skirting boards and window sills with a damp cloth
  • Wipe door panels and frames with a damp cloth
  • Removing Spider Webs (Within Reach)
  • Wipe cupboard fronts in the kitchen and bathroom with a damp cloth
  • Cleaning the extractor hood
  • Cleaning the inside of the oven
  • Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator
  • Cleaning the inside of cabinets
